Anne Hise specializes in geological and land matters related to all of the Hise-related companies consulting work and in the area of mineral property management services, particularly to private landowners. As a partner in The Hise Company, she has represented a number of large land and timber companies with extensive holdings on a continuous basis for more than fifteen years. She has particular expertise in geological and engineering matters associated with the deep Tuscaloosa gas trend in south Louisiana. In her work as a consulting petroleum geologist, she has been responsible for the discovery of one new field and the re-opening of two old abandoned fields in Louisiana.

 

Anne began managing the oil and gas investments of the Pennington family through Pennington Oil & Gas investments in 1996, through a contract with The Hise Company. She is responsible for coordinating land and legal activities.

 

Anne's role at Hise Exploration Partners, LLC included Land and Legal, along with Prospect Screening.

In 2021, Anne passed away.  She will forever be a part of the Hise Companies and her legacy of hard work, discipline, and industry breaking mind-set will be carried forward in all projects.
